Desde septiembre tendr\u00e1n que tributar la tasa municipal.<!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>El Municipio de Olavarr\u00eda \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Rentas\u2013 inform\u00f3 que se han dado de alta nuevas cuentas en la Tasa por Servicios Generales Urbanos y Suburbanos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alcanza a inmuebles del <strong>barrio Luz y Fuerza II<\/strong>. Regir\u00e1 desde el <strong>1\u00b0 de septiembre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Los 40 nuevos contribuyentes tienen inmuebles ubicados en en las calles Lamas, Ntra. Sra. Guadalupe, La Rioja, Buenos Aires, Milstein, Santa Fe, 14 Bis, 12 Bis y Houssay.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Responde a la <strong>Ordenanza Fiscal N\u00ba2461\/99<\/strong> y sus modificatorias, que establece en su art\u00edculo 53 y subsiguientes la tasa por servicios generales urbanos y suburbanos, que corresponde a la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios municipales y grava a todos los inmuebles ubicados en el Partido de Olavarr\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Son vecinos del barrio Luz y Fuerza II.
