La medida fue dispuesta por el Juzgado de Garant\u00edas interviniente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>En los \u00faltimos d\u00edas se hizo efectiva una orden de detenci\u00f3n en el marco de una investigaci\u00f3n caratulada \u201clesiones leves doblemente agravadas por v\u00ednculo y provocadas por hombre a mujer mediando violencia \u2013 da\u00f1o \u2013 amenazas agravadas, concurso real y contexto de g\u00e9nero\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El procedimiento se concret\u00f3 cuando <strong>el hombre de 27 a\u00f1os se present\u00f3 en la Comisar\u00eda Primera de Olavarr\u00eda<\/strong>, donde el personal policial procedi\u00f3 a <strong>dar cumplimiento a la orden judicia<\/strong>l emanada por el Juzgado de Garant\u00edas interviniente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez efectivizada la medida, <strong>el imputado fue notificado de los motivos de su detenci\u00f3n y qued\u00f3 alojado en la dependencia policial,<\/strong> a disposici\u00f3n del magistrado que entiende en la causa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El acusado, de 27 a\u00f1os, se present\u00f3 voluntariamente en la Comisar\u00eda Primera.
