{"id":186343,"date":"2025-10-27T18:00:02","date_gmt":"2025-10-27T21:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdnoticias.com\/?p=186343"},"modified":"2025-10-27T20:51:40","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T23:51:40","slug":"aprehendieron-a-un-hombre-tras-violar-una-prohibicion-de-acercamiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdnoticias.com\/index.php\/2025\/10\/27\/aprehendieron-a-un-hombre-tras-violar-una-prohibicion-de-acercamiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprehendieron a un hombre tras violar una prohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 este pasado viernes y se caratul\u00f3 como \u201cdesobediencia\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator aligncenter has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado viernes, <strong>Comando de Patrullas<\/strong> de Olavarr\u00eda<strong> aprehendi\u00f3 a un hombre tras violar una prohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho fue a ra\u00edz de un llamado al 911 cuando personal policial aprehendi\u00f3 al hombre que<strong> registra prohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento vigente para con su ex pareja <\/strong>tramitado por Juzgado de Familia N\u00b01 en un expediente caratulado <strong>\u201cProtecci\u00f3n Contra La Violencia Familiar\u201d.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el lugar, el hombre se encontraba <strong>en el exterior del domicilio de la v\u00edctima discutiendo verbalmente.<\/strong> En consecuencia, fue alojado en la Comisar\u00eda Segunda y el hecho fue caratulado como \u201c<strong>Desobediencia\u201d<\/strong>. Interviene la UFI N\u00b004 a cargo de la Dra.
