Fue trasladado a la comisar\u00eda Segunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Un <strong>hombre de 35 a\u00f1os fue aprehendido <\/strong>en las \u00faltimas horas tras<strong> incumplir una medida de protecci\u00f3n contra la violencia familiar<\/strong> emitida por el Juzgado de Familia N\u00b02 de Olavarr\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan se indic\u00f3, el hombre ten\u00eda una <strong>prohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento vigente para con su ex pareja <\/strong>y fue aprehendido tras haber ingresado a su domicilio sin su consentimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue <strong>trasladado a la comisar\u00eda Segunda <\/strong>donde permanecer\u00e1 alojado a disposici\u00f3n de la Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La causa fue caratulada como <strong>\u201cdesobediencia y violaci\u00f3n de domicilio\u201d <\/strong>a cargo de la UFI N\u00b0 5 de la doctora Mariela Viceconte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingres\u00f3 al domicilio de su ex pareja sin su consentimiento.
