Termin\u00f3 acusada por \u201cdesobediencia\u201d.<!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Personal del <strong>Comando de Patrullas<\/strong> <strong>arrest\u00f3<\/strong> este jueves a una <strong>mujer de 37 a\u00f1os<\/strong> quien <strong>viol\u00f3 una restricci\u00f3n de acercamiento<\/strong> al presentarse en la s<strong>ede del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3, en la misma Fiscal\u00eda de Olavarr\u00eda estaba la mujer: se habr\u00eda apersonado a Lamadrid al 4200 para ver a su pareja, un hombre que estaba detenido en la alcald\u00eda.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Los efectivos policiales constataron que <strong>la mujer presentaba una \u201cprohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento\u201d<\/strong> vigente para con el detenido, orden emitida por el <strong>Juzgado de Familia N\u00b0 01 local<\/strong> en autos caratulados <strong>\u201cProtecci\u00f3n Contra La Violencia Familiar\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, la mujer fue<strong> aprehendida por \u201cdesobediencia\u201d<\/strong> y alojada en la Comisar\u00eda Primera de Olavarr\u00eda.
