Fue aprehendido por personal de Comando de Patrullas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator aligncenter has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Este s\u00e1bado, <strong>un joven de 21 a\u00f1os fue aprehendido por personal de Comando de Patrullas tras desobedecer una prohibici\u00f3n de acercamiento vigente para con su ex pareja.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho se registr\u00f3 en Pourtal\u00e9 y Jos\u00e9 Luis Torres. Tras un llamado al servicio de emergencias, el personal policial <strong>apres\u00f3 al joven teniendo en cuenta la resoluci\u00f3n dictaminada en el Juzgado de Familia N\u00b02 de Olavarr\u00eda caratulada como \u201cProtecci\u00f3n contra la violencia familiar Ley 12.569\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es por ello que fue trasladado a la Comisar\u00eda Primera donde qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n de la UFI N\u00b05 especializada en violencia de g\u00e9nero y familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La causa ahora fue caratulada como \u201cDesobediencia\u201d<\/strong> e interviene la doctora Viceconte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ahora enfrenta cargos por Desobediencia.
