{"id":115593,"date":"2024-05-08T10:25:37","date_gmt":"2024-05-08T13:25:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdnoticias.com\/?p=115593"},"modified":"2024-05-08T13:01:59","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T16:01:59","slug":"detenido-por-amenazas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdnoticias.com\/index.php\/2024\/05\/08\/detenido-por-amenazas\/","title":{"rendered":"Detenido por amenazas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En jurisdicci\u00f3n de la Comisar\u00eda Segunda se hizo efectiva la orden de detenci\u00f3n emitida por el Juzgado de Garant\u00edas N\u00ba 2.<!--more--><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Desde la<strong> Comisar\u00eda Segunda<\/strong> se inform\u00f3 este martes la <strong>detenci\u00f3n de un joven<\/strong> acusado en una causa penal por <strong>amenazas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La medida hab\u00eda sido solicitada por la <strong>UFI N\u00ba 10<\/strong> a cargo del fiscal Christian Urlezaga (subrogante) y fue avalada por el<strong> juez Carlos Villamar\u00edn del Juzgado de Garant\u00edas N\u00ba 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El detenido fue identificado como <strong>Emanuel Andr\u00e9s Riciutti de 24 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.
